After going through double hip replacement and having to rebuild my own strength, I developed a much deeper appreciation for simple training tools that actually work. Resistance bands became a big part of that process because they made it possible to keep training, adapting, and progressing.

Gym Salvation is a Missouri-based fitness brand focused on helping people build stronger bodies and stronger minds. The bands are one tool, but the bigger mission is consistency, progress, and finding a way to keep moving forward.
